  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

📦 Stock Availability & Lead Times

  • Most products are dispatched within 1 business day when in stock.

  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, dispatch may take up to 14 days.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and restock items, we may:

    • Ship together once complete

    • Or split shipments upon request
