Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Peptide Research AU does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed or processed. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure product integrity, quality control, and compliance with handling standards applicable to laboratory research compounds.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product selection

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Products that have been opened, handled, or stored after delivery

Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that an order arrives damaged in transit or incorrect, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, customers must provide:

• Clear photos of the outer packaging

• The shipping label

• The product received

If an issue is confirmed, Peptide Research AU may, at its discretion, offer a replacement. Refunds are not provided.

All products supplied by Peptide Research AU are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use. Due to regulatory, safety, and handling considerations, products cannot be returned or exchanged once dispatched.
